Webforumz Newsletter - January 2008

Happy New Year from Web ForumzA new year and a new edition of the Creative Coding Newsletter from Webforumz.

We hope you have recovered from the holiday period and are ready to digest some fantastic articles. Firstly we have an article on Web Design for a Purpose by Steve Dennis. Sherry Holub has written about a designer's perspective to the New Web and finally Tanner Christensen has wrote about how to identify the perfect logo.

For the practical readers amongst us we have a variety of tutorials for you to play with. Firstly Dane Iracleous has created a tutorial with the aim of creating a multiple step form entry using PHP. Jeevan M Paran has constructed an ASP Active Visitors Counter and our resident writer Karinne has written a tutorial on creating a simpler, better, menu system.

When you have done with that don't forget to check out our Tips and Tricks section which has some good information on improving your website as well as our FAQ section to find the answers to commonly asked questions.

Also congratulations to catalystmediastudios who won the Website Of The Month competition for January 2008 with the entry catalystmediastudios.com.

As always a big thanks to our contributing authors. Another fantastic job by them. We do apologise for the delay in the release of this edition but the team has been stretched by the holiday season.

We hope you have a happy and prosperous new year and have made many resolutions. Our resolution is to make each months newsletter bigger and better for you, our loyal readers. If you have any comments or suggestions please email newsletter@webforumz.com. If you would like to volunteer an article or some help to the newsletter team please feel free to drop us an email.
